HEB Rotary Golf Tournament

The 2016 HEB Rotary Golf Tournament which funds local charities and community programs sponsored by HEB Rotary Club was held at Texas Star Golf Course on September 7th. Our tournament honoree this year was Dr. Faye Beaulieu, regional director for United Way of Tarrant County. The tournament director was Rita Frick. Congratulations to Dr Beaulieu, Rita, sponsors, volunteers and approximately 150 players for raising over $30,000 for scholarships, humanitarians projects in our community, and initiatives which benefit mankind like the eradication of Polio. Beaulieu has served on the Hurst-Euless-Bedford (HEB) ISD Board for the
past 20 years, and has served as President for six years, serving also as Secretary and as the
Board Vice President. Beaulieu is a regional director for United Way of Tarrant County, serving the
northeast portion of the county, and has been employed in that capacity for 12 years. She is a past
president of the North Texas Area Association of School Boards,
finance chair for First United Methodist Church of Bedford, and member of the American Association
of University Women. She has also served as president of the Northeast Leadership Forum and remains
on their board.
