Citation for 15 Years of Meals on Wheels service by HEB Rotarians was presented by President Steven Lorio to our MOW Chairman John Deitlof and several members our HEB Rotary MOW team.
This service project was started 15 years ago with Dale Harwell and David Osborne making the first deliveries.
